Terms and Conditions
1. There will be no refund or exchange of bulk retail chemicals. This includes, but is not limited to: bleach, disinfectant cleaners, dishwashing liquid, and fabric softeners.
2. Returns and exchanges are facilitated for pre-packaged products including, but not limited to Astonish, Lanher, Ajax, and Lysol. However, they must be in their original packaging, unused, the safety seal still in tact, and display no sign of damage.
3. Returns and exchanges will not be processed without a signed delivery slip or an invoice/sales receipt.
4. Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis, and accepted at the discretion of Management.
5. Returns and exchanges, as well as requests for refunds, will only be facilitated within seven (7) business days of purchase.
6. Returns and exchanges, including the cost to facilitate same, will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. We accept the following methods of payment: Bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard payment via our secure online Payment Gateway Processor - Paypal.
8. Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed on our website.
9. Please note delivery times relative to the delivery method chosen at checkout.
10. We, JGM Janitorial Services and Supplies, reserves the right to change/adjust prices at our sole discretion at any time, without priot notice.
